Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with coordinating audio/video conference calls and meetings.
- Provide clerical support to administrative departments, assisting with special projects as needed.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office 365, Zoom, and Teams.
- Previous experience in a front office role, preferably in a law firm or other professional environment.
